By placing an order with UpanDune, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information for all purchases. All transactions are subject to product availability and acceptance of your order. UpanDune reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account-related information provided during checkout. However, as UpanDune does not operate a user center, no account registration is required for purchases. All communications regarding your order will be directed to the email address you provide, and you agree to monitor that email for updates.

2. Limitation of Liability

UpanDune shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of business. Our total liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of any product sold on UpanDune is limited to the amount you paid for that specific product.

Products are sold "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties, except as required by applicable law. UpanDune does not warrant that the products will meet your specific requirements or that they will be error-free. We are not responsible for any damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications to Mice, Keyboards, or Headphones.

3. Intellectual Property Protection

All content on the UpanDune website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of UpanDune or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

The UpanDune name, logo, and all related product names are trademarks of UpanDune. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any third-party trademarks mentioned on our site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

4. Refund Policy

UpanDune offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for all Mice, Keyboards, and Headphones. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. You must contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return request.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect. Defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective. UpanDune reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of use or damage not caused by our shipping process.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of UpanDune shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
